What is an OIZ (OSB)?
Organized Industrial Zones are planned industrial estates established under Turkish Law No. 4562, providing serviced parcels, shared infrastructure (power, gas, water, treatment plants) and a single management for manufacturers. Mixed-use zones accept most industries; specialised zones host a single sector such as leather, food or machinery. Investments in OIZs may qualify for regional incentives — check the official conditions with the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
